What we are looking for
Required
- Proven track record in senior technology leadership (VP Engineering, CTO, or equivalent) within a complex, hardware+software product company — ideally at or beyond the scale stage.
- Hands-on experience with hardware–software integration: embedded systems, firmware, and cross-layer architecture. You understand what you are deciding, not just managing it.
- Demonstrated ability to take a functioning product and evolve it into a scalable, maintainable platform — without breaking what works.
- Experience in demanding B2B environments: long sales cycles, enterprise integration requirements, high reliability expectations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management: ability to operate at C-level while staying close enough to engineering to make credible technical decisions.
- Professional fluency in English.
Strong advantage
- Background in the energy sector, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure technology.
- Experience with control systems, SCADA, IoT infrastructure, or real-time data platforms.
