Our client - Sintra, an AI-powered SaaS company helping over 50,000 small business owners worldwide through AI assistants that support daily operations, is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Evening Shift) to join their team and provide high-quality support for their global customers, primarily serving the US market.

    Our client – Sintra, an AI-powered SaaS company helping over 50,000 small business owners worldwide through AI assistants that support daily operations, is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Evening Shift) to join their team and provide high-quality support for their global customers, primarily serving the US market.

    Job description: 
    • Managing customer inquiries across multiple support channels and ensuring timely, high-quality responses;
    • Troubleshooting customer issues related to platform functionality, payments, refunds, cancellations, and general product usage;
    • Providing accurate solutions while following internal procedures and customer support guidelines;
    • Collaborating with Development and Marketing teams on technical or complex customer cases;
    • Documenting customer feedback and escalating issues when needed;
    • Contributing to customer support process improvements, including automations, knowledge base updates, macros, and workflow optimization.
    Requirements: 
    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role;
    • Professional English skills (C1 level or higher);
    • Ability and willingness to work night shifts from 17:00 to 01:00 AM Lithuanian time;
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping customers;
    • Experience working with customer support tools, automations, workflows, or platforms such as Intercom would be considered an advantage.

    Monthly Salary: 

    €2,100 – €2,500 Gross, final offer depends on your skills & experience.

Reikalavimai:
