Our client PHOENIX Business Services is an international Shared Services Centre based in Vilnius, supporting PHOENIX Group – the largest pharmaceutical and healthcare provider in Europe. With a team of over 200 professionals, the organization delivers finance, accounting, procurement, and IT services across multiple European markets while continuously improving processes and investing in people development.

Darbo aprašymas:
  • Maintain and update customer master data.
  • Process incoming payments and allocate cash by processing electronic bank statements.
  • Perform credit control activities, including dunning procedures and write-offs.
  • Maintain customer accounts and support month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Monitor and achieve Accounts Receivable performance and quality targets.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Europe.
Reikalavimai:
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Around 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably within Accounts Receivable.
  • Previous experience working in an international or shared services environment.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes.
  • Experience working with SAP and strong Excel skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
