Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management & Data Administration:
- Information Management: Collecting, monitoring, preparing, and updating information on various ongoing projects and new initiatives.
- Documentation Control: Managing and maintaining comprehensive, well-structured project documentation.
- Reporting: Preparing, maintaining, and regularly updating project reports and rent rolls
Finance, Legal Affairs & Compliance:
- Legal & Compliance: Handling project-related KYC and compliance procedures; reviewing and drafting standard legal documents (service agreements, NDAs, LOIs, MOUs, etc.)
- Financing Support: Assisting the CFO and accounting department in securing project financing from banks and other financial institutions
- Transaction Coordination: Coordinating end-to-end mortgage and property pledge processes, actively liaising with banks, notaries, and public registries
- Due Diligence (DD): Managing the DD process for project sales, including collecting/submitting documentation and administering Virtual Data Rooms (VDR)
Market Research & Marketing Coordination:
- Research & Analysis: Conducting market and project-specific research into various development aspects.
- Material Preparation: Creating simple presentations and marketing materials for ongoing projects and new initiatives
- Agency Collaboration: Partnering with marketing agencies to develop and execute project branding, website launches, social media accounts, press releases, and promotional campaigns
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience: 3+ years of experience as Project Manager, Project Coordinator or in a similar role (experience in Real Estate is a major advantage)
- Language skills: Fluency in Lithuanian and excellent written and spoken English (as you will be working in an international English environment)
- Financial & Legal Literacy: Basic understanding of corporate finance, bank lending processes, and legal documentation
- PC Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Analytical & Research Skills: ability to conduct simple market research, analyze data, and maintain accurate project metrics
- Soft skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strict attention to detail, high confidentiality, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactivity: A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and handle multitasking efficiently
