As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a Production Analytics Team Lead to join the team.

Your responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze production data, material yields, and operational performance.
• Prepare and develop production reports and management dashboards.
• Translate operational data into actionable business insights.

Team Leadership & Data Quality

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of four Production Accountants.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of primary production data.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent data inconsistencies and errors.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement

• Act as a link between the production floor and business reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Provide analytical recommendations to optimize production efficiency and material usage.
• Support operational and management decision-making with data-driven insights.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in data analytics, accounting, production accounting, production reporting, or a similar analytical role.
• A good understanding of production processes and operational data.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Professional proficiency in Latvian and English for communication with colleagues and business partners.
