Job description
ABOUT THE COMPANY: The VPH Group is a leading commercial retail developer in the Baltic States, bringing over 35 years of international real estate development, asset management, and investment banking experience from both Europe and Canada. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office Daily Operations: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with vendors, handling data requests, managing calls, and supervising correspondence
Documentation & Administration: Overseeing corporate document management (including creation, modification, and translation), handling insurance policies and renewals, collecting and submitting invoices and other financial documents for accounting department
Corporate & Legal Support: Managing corporate changes and simple share transactions from start to finish, keeping company registries up to date, drafting simple legal documents, overseeing KYC, AML, and compliance checks, and managing the group’s bank accounts, including account opening, user access management, and compliance
Executive Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to company leadership, including calendar management and scheduling
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience: 3+ years of experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Language skills: Fluency in Lithuanian and strong written and oral communication skills in English
- PC Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Soft skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented attitude
- Proactivity: A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and handle multitasking efficiently
