Job description:
  • Oversee all stages of the product development process, from concept ideation to production and launch. Experience with driving Go to market processes
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, production, product, sales and marketing teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the development cycle.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned to optimize future projects. Beneficial if the candidate has worked with process development before.
Requirements:

· 8-10 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in product development within the HVAC industry
· Strong understanding of product development cycles, industrial manufacturing processes, and quality control.
· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Waterfall).
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing demands.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an asset.
