Job description:
  • Lead one of the factory’s core manufacturing departments, managing a team of 40+ employees through 3 Team Leaders as a member of the Operations Management Team.
  • Drive operational performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage, coach and develop the Paintshop team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards and HSE requirements are consistently met.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies, products and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role, ideally within a paintshop or another industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, operational performance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience applying LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Chemistry or a related technical field (Chemistry is an advantage).
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian (B2+).
  • Hands-on, analytical and proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Monthly Salary:
